Audio Typist/Receptionist

The Role
- Audio Typist/Receptionist
Reporting to
Location
We are looking for someone who can:
- Provide high quality digital audio typing of letters, reports, presentations and general documents as required to support our Consultants
- Be the first point of contact on Reception, undertaking relevant Reception duties
Do you have the following qualities?
- Excellent keyboard skills (touch typing)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict timescales
- Ability to take instructions but also to work on your own initiative when required
- A self-starter and finisher
- Good at working under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of computer literacy
- A strong team player
Do you have the following experience?
- Audio secretarial experience, preferably in the financial services industry, but not essential
- Typing speed of 65-70 wpm
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Well organised and able to multi-task
Qualifications Required:
- Secretarial Qualifications
- GCSE/O’Level English
