We now have an opportunity for an experienced T&C Manager to join our established team.
We are looking for someone who can:
•Assist with the development of our existing high quality team
•Assist with the recruitment and development of both the advisory team and support team
•Demonstrate the ability to influence all aspects of the development of the business through our people
Do you have the following experience?
•Proven experience in recruitment, induction and developing people, ideally within a Financial Services environment but this is not essential
•Proven experience within a Training and Competence Manager role from within a financial services environment
